According to PILOT, one refill lasts 1000 meters. For some, that's a few months; for others, almost a year.
Erasing
The best way to erase the ink is with a damp cloth. You can use the eraser on the back, but we recommend not doing this too often, as it can damage the notebook's print with frequent erasing.
Is the pen no longer writing?
If the pen has become warm, for example near a heater, the ink may have faded a bit. Our tip is to put the pen in the freezer for a short while. The ink will then restore itself, and you can continue writing!
